ICYMI: HGF to Improve Health Outcomes in Boston with $5000 Grant from CVS Health

BOSTON, JANUARY 2022 – The Heart of a Giant Foundation today announced it has been awarded a $5,000 grant from CVS Health, which will help reduce overall health care costs, and improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable residents in the Dorchester, Mattapan and Brockton communities. Through this grant, HGF will be able to provide health education and nursing support to participants in the 2HC program.

​All of The Sacramento Bee’s sister newspapers in the Valley – Fresno Bee, Modesto Bee, Merced Sun-Star, as well as the Tribune of San Luis Obispo – carried the story for a total reach of more than 1.9 million readers. TV clips and photos of the coverage are shown below.

KCRA-NBC-3 ran a longer feature that includes quotes from both Dr. Krishnan and me. It ran three times for a Nielsen audience of 175,000.

KTXL-FOX-40’s story ran twice that night for a Nielsen audience of 75,000.
