Le Sacramento Bee a publié l'histoire sur son site Web. Lisez-le ici.
L'édition imprimée de The Bee présentait l'histoire en haut de la page d'accueil, au-dessus de l'en-tête, avec le titre : "Un homme dont le cœur a failli lâcher remercie les médecins de Sutter."
Tous les journaux sœurs du Sacramento Bee dans la vallée - Fresno Bee, Modesto Bee, Merced Sun-Star, ainsi que le Tribune de San Luis Obispo - ont repris l'histoire pour une portée totale de plus de 1,9 million de lecteurs.
