LIFESTYLE CHANGES TO IMPROVE HEALTH AFTER HEART FAILURE

At the Heart of a Giant Foundation, our goal is to help people live longer, happier, healthier lives.  We work to enable and support lifestyle changes that improve health outcomes for people at risk of developing heart problems.

Bouba Diemé | Heart-Failure.net

Our founder, Bouba Dieme is himself a survivor of congestive heart failure.  He was diagnosed with left ventricular cardiomyopathy in 2012 at the age of 26.

In a recent article for WebMD, he describes his journey to heart health since then.

Read it here to learn more about his approach to overcoming the mental, physical and emotional challenges brought about by his condition.

We are sure you will find it as empowering and inspirational as we do!  Remember you can sign up for our mailing list to join a growing community of people making lifestyle changes to improve their health.
