Minimum Obligations for Heart of a Giant Foundation Board Members
As a board member of the Heart of a Giant Foundation, members are expected to fulfill the following minimum obligations to support the organization’s mission and success:

Utilize your personal and professional networks to identify potential donors and funding sources.

Participate in fundraising initiatives and events to support the foundation’s financial sustainability.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate in the development of HGF’s long-term strategic plan.

Ensure the plan aligns with the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.

Serve as an ambassador for the foundation within your personal and professional circles.

Promote the foundation’s mission, programs, and impact to raise awareness and support.

Ensure the organization’s compliance with legal requirements and regulations applicable to nonprofit organizations.
