Living with Heart Disease, LWHD is a podcast about the possibility of living a long, healthy life after a heart disease diagnosis. LWHD is recorded Live on Zoom monthly with me as a host.
Each episode lasts approximately 90 mins. During the recordings, I chat with other inspiring voices in the heart health community. Attendees (10-15 on average) can also participate and ask questions during the meeting. Discussions touch on the associated physical and mental challenges, managing symptoms, managing side effects, family and support systems, medication adherence, office visits, hospitalization, diet restrictions, or the financial burden.
The recording videos are edited and optimized for viewing on YouTube. In the coming months, we will start sharing the audio content, shortened and optimized for listening on all major podcast channels and promoted consistently via email and social media.
