Stress management/Self-help Workshop

We at Heart of a Giant are delighted to invite you to a Stress Management Workshop led by Milton resident Dave Bullis, PhD. Dave is the author of the recently published book How to Get a Grip: Coping Strategies for Complicated Times. He will guide us as we dive in, practice the handouts, and regain control over our lives.

Stress and uncertainty are at an all-time high in these challenging times. Dave's book offers practical coping strategies that have proven effective for his clients over decades. The insights are theoretical and actionable, making it an invaluable resource for anyone seeking balance and resilience.

We will have some complimentary books for grabs. And there will be time for Dave to sign books.

Your presence would mean a lot to us, and the insights Dave will share could be valuable for you.

We are excited to see you at this event.

On behalf of the Bethel AME Allied Health Ministry and Next Gen Ministry, we would like to express our gratitude for your role in planning and participating in yesterday’s Go Love/Go Red Sunday. We were thrilled at the turnout and engagement of our congregants and even more excited about the education and awareness provided by Heart of a Giant members. As we all know, knowledge creates awareness, which leads to action.

Thanks for sharing your time, talent, and treasures.
