Heart of a Giant runs on $111 per screening, fully loaded. That covers the health coach, the equipment, the follow-up, the documentation, and the care coordination that happens after someone walks through the door.
For every dollar invested in this work, the health system gets between eight to twenty-nine dollars back in value: crises prevented, hospitalizations avoided, medications actually taken.
