Hello Heart of a Giant,
We invite you to join us at the next Empower advocacy session organized by our partner Global Heart Hub (and Heart Failure in Lebanon, in collaboration with the American University of Beirut, University for Seniors), on Wednesday, August 23.
Our Founder, Somaneh Bouba Diemé, will be part of the Patient Panel for a Moderated Discussion about their experiences with Heart Failure; barriers and challenges; making decisions and resources, and supporting heart failure patients; and how the recently published Heart Failure – Your Guide to Your Journey for patients and caregivers can help them navigate their health journey.
Date: Wednesday, August 23
Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EST
Cost: FREE
This session will discuss Global Heart Hub’s recent publication, “Heart Failure – Your Guide to Your Journey,” and will offer tools and advice for all those living with or affected by heart failure. It will include a presentation of the new guide, a clinical overview of heart failure, the signs and symptoms, and what patients need to know about living with heart failure. Then, the panel of patients would share patient perspectives, share a range of experiences, and help shed light on challenges.
The webinar will be in English but will have live audio translations into Arabic.
The Heart of a Giant Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 84-2900386. Donations are tax-deductible.
