What We Accomplished Together

The 2025 Boston Community Heart Walk was more than just a walk. It was a celebration of resilience, unity, and hope. With over 350 participants joining us at Ryan Park in Mattapan, we raised over $12,000 to support our mission of cardiovascular health equity.

Throughout the event, we provided free blood pressure screenings to more than 50 community members, connecting many with vital health resources and follow-up care. Our team of dedicated volunteers and healthcare professionals worked tirelessly to ensure everyone felt welcomed, supported, and empowered.
