We check your blood pressure and screen for diabetes and kidney health. It takes about 15 minutes. Blood pressure results are ready on the spot. Lab results can take anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks, and we’ll follow up with you when they’re in. A community health worker explains what your numbers mean in plain language, answers your questions, and, if something needs attention, helps you figure out the next step.
You do not need to be sick to come. Most people we see feel perfectly fine. That is exactly the point.
All screenings are free and walk-in. No insurance, ID, or paperwork needed.

“I came to the farmers market for vegetables and left with my life. My blood pressure was 182/110. I didn’t feel anything wrong. The community health worker found it and got me to a doctor the same day. Six months later, I’m on medication and my numbers are normal.”A participant · Greater Boston
Most people who come in feel fine. So did she. Bring someone you love. A parent, a neighbor, a friend who keeps putting it off. It takes fifteen minutes and costs nothing.
If your readings are high, a community health worker stays with you. We explain what the numbers mean. We help you reach a doctor, or find one if you do not have one. We follow up. If you don’t have a primary care doctor or cardiologist, want to switch, or want a second opinion, we can refer you to a growing network of providers who accept our referrals and stay in touch with us between visits.
