Why Your Gift Matters
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, claiming more lives than all forms of cancer combined. Yet, in many underserved communities, access to preventive care and heart health education remains limited.
High blood pressure-often called the "silent killer"-affects nearly half of all American adults, but many don't even know they have it. Our community screenings have helped identify hundreds of individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, connecting them to life-saving care and education.
