As we wrap up a transformative year, we're excited to share our achievements and impact with you. The Heart of a Giant Foundation has been recognized by Governor Healey and Lt. Governor Driscoll for our work in advancing heart health equity across Massachusetts.

Governor's Recognition

HGF has been recognized by Governor Maura Healey and Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll for our contributions to community health and health equity in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We are deeply grateful for this acknowledgment and encouraged to continue our mission.

Key 2024 Achievements

Expanding Community Health Programs

Our health initiatives saw significant growth in 2024 as we expanded core offerings to serve high-risk populations. Community-based blood pressure screenings reached more neighborhoods than ever before, and our health education workshops attracted record participation.

Inaugural Boston Community Heart Walk

In October 2024, we held our first-ever Boston Community Heart Walk, a milestone event that brought together hundreds of community members in celebration of heart health. The event featured free health screenings, wellness activities, and powerful testimonials from heart disease survivors.

Partnership Growth

We strengthened existing partnerships and forged new collaborations with healthcare institutions, community organizations, and corporate partners committed to health equity. These partnerships have been instrumental in expanding our reach and deepening our impact.
