Letter from the founder

On behalf of the Board and Staff of HGF, thank you for contributing to our success over the past few years. As I navigated the healthcare system during my journey toward receiving my heart transplant, the need for an organization with the mission of the Heart of a Giant Foundation became very clear to me.

We incorporated in late 2018 to fill the void of community resources to help empower, motivate, and educate members in our communities toward managing heart-related diseases and achieving better health outcomes. Because of your support, 2022 was a most successful year for HGF. Our health awareness and education programs empowered over 100 people with insights and tools to control their blood pressure.
