Heart of a Giant Foundation
We are excited to announce that we have received a grant from the CVS Health Foundation to support our Healthy Hearts Communities (2HC) Program.
CVS's Health Foundation Hometown Fund accepted to support the Heart of a Giant Foundation's Healthy Hearts Communities (2HC) Program to empower our community's residents to manage better and prevent high blood pressure (hypertension).
The CVS Health Foundation established the Hometown Fund to give back to the communities they call home. It is a $2 million annual commitment to investing in nonprofits advancing health equity, addressing social determinants of health, and increasing access to workforce training and education in their home states of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and neighboring Massachusetts.
